CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATE : 28TH MARCH, 2018.

P.C. :- 1.

By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of eight months in filing the civil application and pray that the order dated 12th April, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court dismissing the writ petition be set aside. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent no.2. In my view, the applicants have made out a case for grant of reliefs. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the 1/2

26-caw290-18 civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the applicants would furnish the copies of the petition for effecting service within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. 3.

If the copies are not furnished within two weeks from today, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

4.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
