This Interim Application is for extension of time by one week to deposit the amount of Rs.1,37,000/-, as mentioned in the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in ABA No.2924/2023. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the period of four weeks from that date was granted to deposit that amount. However, due to financial difficulties, it could not be complied with. However, today the amount is Deshmane(PS)

The request is reasonable. Learned APP has no objection for extension of time. Therefore, the order dated 19.10.2023 in respect of the Clause 9(i) stands modified. The period to deposit the amount of Rs.1,37,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Indapur is extended by a period of one week from today. Subject to this modification, the rest of the clauses in the operative part of the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in ABA No.2924/2023 shall remain undisturbed.

With these observations, Interim Application is disposed of.
