The petitioner herein has challenged the order of issuance of process under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, MAMTA AMAR KALE MAMTA AMAR KALE Date: 2024.02.22 17:59:02 +0530 1881. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent powers. The petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court.
