This petition was heard on 11.12.2018 and was kept today for passing orders. In order dated 11.12.2018, statement of Mr. Sangvikar, on instructions, that the petitioners will hand over possession of their structure on 20.12.2018, was recorded. Mr. Sangvikar states that the petitioners have handed over possession of their respective structures on 19.12.2018. 3.
Mr. Shukla confirms said fact. He has tendered undertaking dated 21.12.2018 of Looqman V. Vanu, Partner of respondent No.3, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertaking given by respondent No.3 is accepted.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Order accordingly.
