This is an application for condonation of delay of three years and 253 days in filing the Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No.22628 of 2022. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, in Sessions Case No. 625 of 2017. The impugned Judgment was passed on 30/01/2019. The applicant was not in a financial state to engage a private advocate. Therefore, this Application and the Appeal are filed with the help of Legal Services Authority of this Court.
