Heard Mr.H.P. Pandey, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.D.R. Singh, learned Counsel for the respondents.

Mr. Pandey has invited my attention to paragraph-32(d) of the order dated 6.3.2018. He submitted that the time to deposit amount of entire arrears from May, 2017 to June, 2018 expired on 21.5.2018. He seeks one week's extension for depositing entire arrears covering the period from May, 2017 to June, 2018 and assures that the applicants will not seek further extension of time. 4.

On the other hand, Mr. Singh has invited my attention to paragraph-4 of the order dated 4.5.2018 wherein the statement made by Mr. Pandey that the applicants have complied clause (d) of paragraph-32 of the order dated 6.3.2018 by depositing entire arrears in this court was recorded. He submitted that the statement, made on instructions, was not correct. 5.

As the time for depositing the arrears of rent expired on 21.5.2018 that is to say during vacations, I find that the request made by Mr. Pandey is reasonable. In view of the assurance that the applicants will not seek further extension of time, as and by way of indulgence, the time stipulated in paragraph-32(d) of the order dated 6.3.2018 is

3/3 p1-CRA-349-17-gr.doc extended upto and inclusive of 11.6.2018 with a clear understanding that no further extension shall be sought and granted. The amount of arrears of rent shall be deposited in this Court under intimation in writing to the learned Counsel for the respondents. Order accordingly.
