On 13/12/2017 the application seeking pre-arrest bail was withdrawn. The learned Counsel for the applicant had submitted upon instructions that the applicant would surrender before the Sessions Court, Kolhapur on or before 22/12/2017. Hence, he was protected till 5 p.m. of 22/12/2017.

It is seen from the record the applicant has not yet surrendered before the Sessions Court. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks Talwalkar 1/2

33.appp1205.17 further extension on the ground that the applicant was hospitalised. However, the same cannot be taken into consideration. The investigating agency seized with the Crime No. 118 of 2013 registered with Shahupuri Police Station shall forthwith arrest the applicant in accordance with law. The application is disposed of accordingly. The learned APP to communicate this order to Shahupuri Police Station forthwith.
