P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.486 of 2015 has already been commenced and the prosecution has examined three witnesses as of today. 2) He further submitted that, the Petitioner is being regularly produced before the trial Court from 7th January, 2022 except on certain occasions when the police escort from police head quarters was not made available. That, the Jail Authority has also communicated to the Registrar of the trial Court for providing a video conference link to avoid 1/2

3) In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
