The present application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 31.08.2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial II) of this Court dismissing First Appeal (st) No. 14012 of 2017 for failure to remove office ojections.

Perused the civil application. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 7 to 10 of the application, delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned and the civil application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 4.

Mr. Katke, learned counsel for the applicant / appellant submitted that he will remove the office objections within a period of
