Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This application is preferred seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 689 of 2023 registered at Nirmal Nagar police station for the offences punishable under sections 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 473, 474 and 420 read with 34 of Indian penal Code, 1860.

The application preferred by the applicant before the Court of Session is subjudice. As the learned Session Judge declined to grant interim protection, the applicant has preferred this application. 4.

The matter before the Court of Session is scheduled to be listed on 11th December, 2023. In the circumstances, it may be appropriate that ABA No. 2544 of 2023 is decided by the Court of Vishal Parekar ...1
