DATE :- JANUARY 17, 2019 P.C. :- After this writ petition was argued for some time on the earlier occasion and even today, on instructions, Mr.Kalel-AGP states that respondent nos. 1 and 2 and equally the third respondent shall abide by the order passed by this court in Writ Petition No. 5887 of 2016 on 11th October, 2017. They will give effect to this order also in the case of the present petitioners. In other words, the petitioners shall be first declared as surplus teachers and thereafter absorbed in other aided Urdu schools. That shall be done as expeditiously as possible and within the time frame stipulated in the order dated 11th October, 2017. That J.V.Salunke,P.S.
