1] Not on board. Upon mentioning taken on production board. 2] It is submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 6th May, 2011, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order was stayed till the final disposal of the Appeal(s). However, the Appeal(s) came to be dismissed for default for noncompliance of the office objection viz. the filing of the private paperbook. It is submitted that the private paper-book is already filed and accordingly all the Appeal(s) are restored to its original file. 3] It is further submitted that as per the order dated 14th August, 2018, the ad-interim relief was granted extending the said stay till further orders.

4] Today, learned counsel for the Respondent is also present before the Court and she has no objection to extend the order of stay till the decision of the Appeal(s).

5] In view thereof, the stay which was granted earlier is continued till the decision of the Appeal(s). 6] All Civil Application(s) stand disposed off.
