P.C.:- These are the Applications for intervention by the first informant in CR No. 391 of 2018, registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the respective Applications, all the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 2401 of 2018, 2394 of 2018 and 2400 of 2018 are directed to implead the first informant Shri. Ramesh Sawant as Respondent No.2. The learned counsel for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Applications is directed to make necessary amendment in the original record so also in the copies already served upon the Advocate for the Intervenor. The said amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Applications are allowed in aforesaid terms.
