This interim application is filed praying for amendment of the PIL petition. By the amendment, the petitioner intends to assail the decision of the State J.V.Salunke,PS

11(i)-IA.130.2019 Government rejecting the proposal filed by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation against the decision taken by the City and Industrial Development Corporation Limited (CIDCO) to allot plots for residential user. This decision, according to the petitioner, affects the plot reserved for sports complex.

Considering the nature of the amendment as sought, we are inclined to allow the application. It is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment be carried out within 2 (two) weeks and amended copy of the petition be served on all the parties. The respondents are directed file their reply affidavits to the amended petition within two weeks thereafter. The interim application stands disposed of.

It is clarified that on the next date of hearing, the proceedings would be taken up for hearing.

All contentions on the nature of the order passed by the Government are kept open.
