P.C.:- The Petitioner has filed an additional Affidavit dated 1st October, 2019 stating that, she has already closed her beer shop and she does not in future wish to re-open the said beer shop situated in the Respondent No.3 Society.
The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3-Society, on instructions, submitted that in view of an Additional Affidavit dated 1st October, 2019 filed by the Petitioner in this Court, the Respondent No.3-Society has no objection in giving membership to the Petitioner. 1/2
ssm 2 36-wp14062.18.doc In view thereof, the challenge to the impugned Orders dated 21st June, 2016 passed by the Respondent No. 2 and dated 23rd March, 2018 passed by the Respondent No. 1, do not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
