Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court, as the Charge-sheet is filed after the filing of the present Bail Application. 2.

Accordingly, liberty as prayed is granted and the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions are expressly kept open.
