P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 26665 of 2014, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the same stipulated period. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the earlier Advocate on record has expired. That, the said fact came to the knowledge of the Applicant after a lapse of substantial period and therefore there is a delay of more than 21⁄2 years in filing the present Application.

The Writ Petition is restored to file.

The period to remove the office objections is hereby extended by three weeks from today, as a last chance. It is made clear that, if the Petitioner fails to remove the office objections within three weeks from today, the Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution, without further reference to this Court.
