This is an application seeking temporary bail on the ground that the daughter of the applicant is to get married on 6.1.2018. The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the Invitation Card. 2.

The learned APP has verified in respect of the marriage to be performed on 6.1.2018. Upon instructions from API Shri Vijay Chavan, the learned APP submits that the applicant herein is not the permanent resident of the address mentioned in the cause title i.e. Bharat Nagar, Vikhroi. The learned counsel for the applicant thereafter submits that the applicant would

Without going into the merits of the matter, on humanitarian ground, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on temporary bail.

O R D E R

(i) By way of interim relief, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.15,000/-. (iii) The applicant shall surrender on 12.1.2018 before the Byculla Central Prison.

(iv) The applicant shall report to Mumbra Police Station on 10.1.2018 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and shall surrender on 12.1.2018. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (SMT. SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
