The learned counsel for the applicant/original accused no.4 has filed this application praying for being allowed to travel for Umrah Pilgrim for fifteen days from 28th April 2019 to 12th avk 1/3

May 2019 in terms of itinerary of travel provided in court today which is quoted hereunder :

" Itinerary of Travelling That the Applicant Departure and Arrival for Umrah Pilgrim for 15 days i.e. from 28.04.2019 to 12.05.2019 are as under :

Departure :- On 28.04.2019 Flight Air India 931, Mumbai to Jeddah. The Applicant will be staying at Hotel AlMultazeem Ajyad at Macca for period of 10 days. In City of Madina the Applicant will be staying at Hotel Golden Arzaban for period of remaining days.

Arrival :- On 12.05.2019, Jeddah to Mumbai, flight landing time on 13.05.2019 at 4.20 a.m."

This court allows the said application. Therefore, the order:

ORDER

i) The applicant is allowed to travel to Saudi Arabia for Umrah Pilgrim for fifteen days from 28th April 2019 to 12th May avk 2/3

2019 in terms of the itinerary of travel quoted hereinabove. However, he is directed to deposit a photocopy of his passport with the respondent along with the itinerary and details of the places he is likely to reside while travelling abroad.

ii) Needless to state that during the period when the applicant is travelling abroad, he shall be exempted from the condition of attending the trial court.

iii) The application stands disposed off.
