P.C.:- In pursuance of Order dated 3rd March, 2021, the Investigating Officer has submitted a report to the learned APP. It is stated that, on 25th February, 2021 and 27th February, 2021, the Appellants had entered the jurisdiction of village Medankar-Wadi.

Thus, the Appellants have flouted Order dated 22nd February, 2021. As noted in Order dated 22nd February, 2021, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, the Appellants have committed breach of Order dated 2nd May, 2019.

In view of disposal of Appeal itself, nothing survives in I.A. No.63 of 2019 and is also disposed off.
