This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed vide order dated 22nd December, 2016, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.825 of 2016. The Applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.1 Lakh with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. He was directed to report Poynad Police Station, District-Raigad, on first and third Saturday of each month, till framing of the charge. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has executed the bail bond and was actually

rpa 2/2 904-appp-1520-18.doc released on 5th February, 2017 and since than he has complied with the condition of reporting. The acknowledgment relating to his attendance are annexed to Application. It is relevant to note that condition of reporting was till framing of charge. Learned Counsel for the Applicant, however, submits that no charge has been framed.

Learned APP submits that there has be some check on the Applicant.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 22nd December, 2016 can be modified by relaxing condition of attendance. The Applicant shall report Poynad Police Station, District-Raigad, once in every three months on first Saturday of that Month between 10:00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till further orders. Application stands disposed of.
