1] The applicant is the first informant in C.R.No.511 of 2018, dated 25/10/2018 registered with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai, against the respondent Nos.2 to 4. The respondent Nos.2 to 4 filed a prearrest bail application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai, bearing ABA No.1442 of 2018. The applicant herein filed an application for intervention with a prayer to allow her to plead her case.

osk 6-appln-683-2018.odt 2] By the impugned order dated 12th November 2018 the trial Court has permitted the applicant to assist the APP and to file written submissions, if any.

The grievance of the applicant is that, she is not permitted to intervene in the proceedings of the said application and to make oral submissions.

3] In view of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sundeep Kumar Bafna Vs. State of Maharashtra & Anr., reported in (2017) 14 SCC 722, the impugned order does not require interference by this Court, as the said order does not suffer from any error either in law or on facts.

4] Application being dehors of merits and is, accordingly, rejected.
