This is an application for modification or order dated 14th August, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application 1427 of 2018 to the extend of attending the police station. 2.

While granting bail, this Court had directed applicant to attend Versova Police Station, Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a businessman and it is difficult for him to attend the police station. It is further submitted that chargesheet is already filed in this case. Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for

Sknair 501-appp-1522-18.odt the applicant that the applicant is a businessman and on that count he is not in a position to attend the police station on first Monday of the month, the order can be modified to the extent that the applicant shall attend the police station on first Sunday of the month between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. till further order. 3.
