C.:- 1) Mr. Kadu, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, till date the R.C.C.No.6 of 2005 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khed, District Ratnagiri arising out of C.R.No.118 of 1996 registered with Khed Police Station, District Ratnagiri wherein the Petitioner is an accused, is pending for final adjudication for last more than 18 years.
