P.C.:- Perused the Application received through Jail. The Advocate for the Applicant, who has filed Vakalatnama in the Appeal, states that the wife of the Applicant has taken away papers of the Appeal from him and he has no objection for granting him discharge as prayed by the Applicant.

Accordingly, the Advocate for the Applicant appearing in Criminal Appeal is granted discharged. The High Court Legal Services Committee to appoint an Advocate to espouse the cause of the Applicant in the main Criminal Appeal.
