3] In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the award till decision of the appeal, subject to condition of the Applicant/Appellant's depositing the entire compensation amount along with interest within six weeks from today. 4] In case of failure of the Applicant/Appellant to deposit the said amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 5] The Civil Application stands disposed off.
