Heard the learned advocate for the Applicant. 2.

The learned advocate for the Applicant submitted that despite granting time vide order dated 03/10/2023, an amount of Rs.1,70,000/- could not be arranged and deposited. It is submitted that the Applicant/accused is making efforts to get the money. Learned counsel for the Applicant has therefore requested for further two weeks time for deposit of the amount.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, time for deposit of Rs.1,70,000/- is granted till 14/12/2023 by way of last chance. If the 1/2
