]. .. Respondent/Original Defendant CONSENT TERMS BETWEEN THE PARTIES:

The Applicant/Original Plaintiff and the Respondent No. 1 hereby mutually agreed to settle the entire dispute between the parties as under:- a.

Both the parties hereby agree to sell the Suit Premises i.e. Room No. 6 at Ganesh Chawl, Durga Nagar, Ganesh Krupa Rahivashi Seva Sangh, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai - 400 101 and that the Sale Consideration received from the said transaction shall be equally

divided between the parties herein as per their mutual understanding.

Both the parties shall take necessary steps to sell the said Suit Premises as early as possible without raising any claim against each other. zyxwvutsrqponmlkjihgfedcbaZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHGFEDCBA c.

Both the parties undertake to withdraw all the Police Complaints, allegations against each other and any other complaint made to any authority or society against each other within 02 (Two) Weeks from date of signing of the present consent terms.

d.

The Respondent herein undertakes to withdraw the S.C. SUIT NO. 104 OF 2018 pending before the Hon'ble City Civil Court Bombay, Dindoshi Branch by producing the present consent terms.

The undertaking given by the parties herein are allowed to be accepted by this Hon'ble Court and necessary order be passed.

In view of the aforesaid consent terms the present review petition be disposed off accordingly.
