Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing the Bail Application for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
