(VACATION COURT) (VACATION COURT) DATE :- DATE :- 2ND JANUARY, 2018 2ND JANUARY, 2018 P.C. :- P.C. :- Applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No.I-707 of 2017 registered with the Manpada Police Station, Dombivali, District: Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 302 and 115 of the IPC. Applicants had filed applications before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan seeking anticipatory bail in the aforesaid crime. On 26.12.2017, notice was issued to the Investigating Officer to show cause as to why interim relief should not be granted to the Applicants and the matter was kept on 1.1.2018. It is informed across the bar that the Prosecution has filed Shivgan

The learned counsel for the Applicants would submit that the trial Court may be directed to pre-pone the hearing. In my view, looking into the allegations made in the FIR, it may not be appropriate to direct the trial Court to pre-pone the hearing of the pending applications. As such, the request and the prayer of the applicants is hereby rejected. Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1819, 1821 and 1822 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan to come up for hearing on 12.1.2018.
