According to the Petitioners, they are members of the Respondent No.3-Cooperative Society. In view of various alleged activities of the members of the managing committee, the Petitioner has addressed complaints dated 5th April 2023, 30th April 2023 and 6th

Tauseef 09-WP.975.2024.doc October 2023 to the Respondent No.2-Deputy Registrar seeking consideration of the same. The said complaints have been received in the office of the Respondent No.2. Since there has been no consideration of the same, despite reminders, the Petitioners have approached this Court.

In the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the complaints dated 5th April 2023, 30th April 2023 and 6th October 2023 in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity to all members of the managing committee. The complaints be decided preferably within a period of 8 weeks from receiving copy of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to all the parties. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
