This civil application is taken out seeking amendment in the writ petition in terms of the annexure-A to the civil application. Since the amendment is necessitated by the happening of events subsequent to the filing of writ petition, we grant leave to amend. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments be carried out within three weeks from today. patilsr 1 / 2

Thereafter, the Petitioner shall serve all the Respondents with a copy of amended petition and file an affidavit to that effect in the main writ petition.
