This is an application for condonation of delay of 234 days.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The note put up by the registry indicates that the respondent No.1 is duly served. Despite service none appears for respondent No.1.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that applicant shall pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee. 5.

It is made clear that payment of cost shall be the condition precedent for condonation of delay. Cost be paid
