Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that, since the bail was granted in October 2018, more than 4 years have passed, therefore, he is not pressing the prayer for cancellation of bail, but is praying that trail be expedited. 3.

The request is reasonable. The Application is disposed off as 'not pressed'
