As per the order passed by this Court on 29th December 2017, six weeks time was granted to the Applicant to deposit the balance amount of Rs.2.19 Crores, in compliance of the order dated 28th July 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8183 of 2017. 3.

Now it is submitted by learned counsel for the Applicant that, the Applicant has applied for loan to M/s. Bharat Co-operative Bank Limited 1/2 CAW-61-18.doc

and as per the affidavit filed by the Applicant, the loan proposal is sanctioned; however, it will take some time for him to get the actual amount and hence, she requests to extend the time by further four weeks.

Considering the affidavit filed on record, showing that the loan proposal of the Applicant is already sanctioned, further extension of three weeks is granted, as a last chance.
