Mr. Kale, learned Counsel appearing for the contesting Respondents states that if the Revision Application bearing No. KP/29/2023 pending before the learned President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bench at Pune is expedited then the 1/2

923 WP 15370.23.doc Respondents have no objection if the interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) is granted till disposal of the said Revision. 3.

Both the learned Counsel appearing for contesting Respondents state that reasons need not be given for passing this order.

In view of these submissions, following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) The learned President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bench at Pune is requested to dispose of the Revision Application bearing No. KP/29/2023 expeditiously and preferably on or before 20th April 2024.

(ii) Till disposal of said Revision, the order of eviction shall remain stayed.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
