1] After hearing the learned senior counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No.46 of 2016 now culminated into Sessions Case No.37 of 2017 pending on the file of learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan does not commence within a period of nine months from today. Leave and liberty granted.
