By this petition, the petitioner seeks a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce his wife Mrs. Halima before us, as according to Wakodikar 1/2

903. WP 3878-2023.doc the petitioner, she has been illegally detained. 2.

Today, we interacted with the petitioner's wife on the Police Officer's mobile i.e. from his WhatsApp video call to the petitioner's wife's WhatsApp video call. She states that she has not been illegally detained by any person and she, on her own volition, left the petitioner's house.

Considering the statement made by the petitioner's wife, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. 4.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
