Learned counsel for the petitioners, on written instructions received from the petitioners, prayed for withdrawal of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition was filed in this Court seeking quashment of FIR No.543 of 2018 registered with Kashmira Police Station against the petitioners for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and during the pendency of the petition, the investigating agency by completing the exercise of investigation filed charge-sheet. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for withdrawal of the petition by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
