P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, the daughter of the Petitioner namely Ms. Prema, traced out by the police was brought to the Jath Police Station, District Sangli on 13th February, 2024. That, the said girl refused to accompany the Petitioner i.e. her mother and has expressed her willingness to reside with Siddharudha Gurbasu Konkni i.e. her fiance.
