This Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner and for amendment to that effect in the body of the Petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that, the Application has been filed within the period of limitation. 3.

For the reason stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 7(a) which reads thus:

22 IA-366-2019.doc "That the Applicants be allowed to carry out the necessary amendment as mentioned in "Schedule-I" along with such other and further consequential amendments thereto."

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of the amended Petition be served upon the Respondent.

Interim Application stands allowed.
