Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1- insurer.

This application is preferred to withdraw the amount of compensation, invested in the name of applicant Shruti Balu Budha Baisane, in terms of award in MAC No.186 of 2002 dated 2nd September, 2009 till the applicant attains the majority. The applicant has since attained majority on 18th November, 2017. 3.
