Heard respective counsel. Perused the order dated 9/10/2017 in Writ Petition 3935/2017.

The petitioner claims that due to business dispute, several first information reports have been recorded at short interval and under pressure of superior officer. Thereafter externment proceedings have been initiated.

Learned APP informs that appeal is being considered on 15/1/2019.
