Ms. Shah, appearing on behalf of the applicant, says that the applicant has received the amount of subsistence allowance and the cheque earlier handed over on behalf of the Management is duly returned today in Court to the Management's advocate.

Since the subsistence allowance has been paid, the next issue is when the enquiry will be concluded. After this suggestion was given and to conclude the enquiry expeditiously, on instructions, learned advocate appearing for the Management says that the Management will endeavour and conclude the Inquiry as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, by 30th April, 2019. This statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In the light of these directions to conclude the Inquiry and once we have ensured the payment of subsistence allowance, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending.

By clarifying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits on the charges nor the entitlement of the petitioner and keeping them open, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
Civil Application is also disposed of.
