Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to transfer the MAFCO Farm Fair Stalls in the name of respective vendor.

2/3 8 CAW-201-19.doc The present Civil Application is filed by the MAFCO Limited, the Government of Maharashtra Enterprise. The applicant's claim that the MAFCO Farm Fair Stalls belongs to them and therefore, application is filed for joining the applicant as a party respondent.

Since the applicant claims that MAFCO Limited belongs to them, in our opinion, they would be necessary party to the above petition.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in paragraph nos.2 to 7 of the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Petitioner is directed to amend the cause title of the petition within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall give a copy of the amended petition to the added respondent within one week thereafter.

Registry is directed to place this petition for admission on 4th March 2019.
