This is an application for modification of order dated 15th June, 2018 passed by this Court in ABA No. 965 of 2018. Applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- by furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is permanent residence of Mumbai. It is alleged that on the promise of marriage, the applicant accused had physical relationship with the prosecutrix. It is submitted that the applicant be permitted to

Sknair 501-appp-1534-18.odt furnish regular surety in the like amount instead of solvent surety. Applicant is not in a position to arrange solvent surety. It is also submitted that applicant be permitted to furnish one or more sureties in the like amount.

Considering the submission, I pass the following order.

ORDER

i.

Order dated 15th June, 2018 passed by this Court is modified to the extent that in the event of arrest of applicant, he be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- by furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount. ii.

Other condition shall remain intact.

iii.

Application stands disposed off.
