P.C.:- Learned APP on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, Petitioner was released from jail on COVID-19 Emergency Parole Leave on 5th August, 2020. However, till date, he has not returned to the Jail Authority and found absconding. A crime under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been accordingly registered with Waliv Police Station, District Palghar.

2) In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition and is accordingly dismissed in limine.
