No. 168 of 2013 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station, Kalyan has already commenced and the process of recording of evidence of prosecution witnesses is in progress. 2.

In view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 3.
