Learned APP has produced on record a detailed communication dated 2nd February 2023 addressed by Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai to the learned APP, High Court, Mumbai. 2.

In the said communication, a chart mentioning 29 names, who are the Petitioners before this Court, has been given. It is stated that, Kumar Krushnan Pille-(un-numbered Petitioner), Jagdish B. Daya- (Petitioner No.1), Sagar P. Vichare-(Petitioner No.5), Shahanshah Aalam Mukhtar Aalam Maniyar-(Petitioner No.16), Mohmad Ujeph Intsar Ahmed Mansuri-(Petitioner No.17), Rafique B. Khan-(Petitioner No.18), Jibrail G. Khan @ Munna-(Petitioner No.20), Richard Komi (Petitioner No.22), Siddharam R. Boda-(Petitioner No.24), Rupesh V. Ghadge-(Petitioner No.27) and Somnath B. Chikne-(Petitioner No.28) have been released on 1/2

That, Ramlal S. Sharma @ Mistri Babu-(Petitioner No.2), Ashokkumar @ Sonu R. Gaud-(Petitioner No.10), Abid Abdul Rashid Shaikh-(Petitioner No.15), Shehbaj Nurmohmad Shaikh-(Petitioner No.21) and Mangesh B. Kamble @ Pathan-(Petitioner No.25) have been convicted by the Trial Court and have been transferred to relevant Jails for undergoing sentence.

That, Manoj J. Varma-(Petitioner No.7), Manoj J. Varma- (Petitioner No.9)-, Vijaykumar R. Chaursiya-(Petitioner No.11) and Suraj I. Nair-(Petitioner No.19) have been acquitted by the trial Court from the cases wherein they were accused persons. That, rest of the Petitioners are facing trial before the concerned Courts and are being produced regularly before the said Courts either physically or through Video Conferencing. 5.
