Notice of Respondent No.6 is returned unserved with bailiff remark 'Not found, premises found locked and as per enquiry said Respondent No.6 left the abovesaid premises since long back hence pasted on outer door''.

R.P.A.D. Notice issued to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 envelope returned with postal remark, 'Left'. R.P.A.D. Notice issued to Respondent No.6 envelope returned with postal remark 'Not known'.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent No.1 to 4 and 6 by way of Publication in Daily Newspaper, 'Free Press Journal' and 'Navshakti' and etc.

In view of this Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 6 weeks.
